Refund Policy

Cancellation

If a customer would like to cancel an order, he or she can do so at anytime before the order has been shipped by Le Monde du Cheval. To cancel an order, the customer must email Le Monde du Cheval at info@mondecheval.com informing the store of the decision to cancel. The order will be cancelled, and the customer will be refunded within 72 hours.

Returns

Le Monde du Cheval presently accepts returns of any item purchased and delivered within 14 days of initial delivery. Items must be in like-new condition in order to be eligible for refunds. Items that arrive damaged, with missing components, or otherwise flawed should be reported to Le Monde du Cheval immediately. To return a product a customer must email the store at info@mondecheval.com informing the store of the reason for return.

For customers residing in Saudi Arabia, Le Monde du Cheval will respond with a DHL shipping label. The customer must apply this label to the package, and ship the product back to the store.

For customers residing outside of Saudi Arabia, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges in all circumstances, except when the product has initially arrived damaged.

Refunds will be issued within 72 hours after products have been returned to Le Monde du Cheval.

All refunds are at the sole discretion of the store, and Le Monde du Cheval retains the right to approve or disapprove refund requests.
